Cream Cheese Garlic Chicken Fry
1/2lb Chicken Tenderloins (or breasts*)
1/2lb frozen or fresh sliced bell peppers
1/2 clove of garlic
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 stick cream cheese
Pre-heat skillet. Squeeze the lemon onto chicken. Roll in olive oil. Season heavily with salt. Generously add pepper and garlic powder. For extra flavor, mince the garlic, then add in pan with chicken. Set aside. Melt a generous amounts of butter in pan. Caramelize onions. Add half the bag of peppers. Add chicken either chopped or whole. Smother with peppers. Add butter if needed. Fry until chicken is done. Mix in cream cheese. Serve with rice.
*I suggest chopping the breast, but using tenderloins if you're serving the chicken whole.
